Numerous presentations in the areas of dentistry and Oral Medicine, which included topics in management and diagnosis of chronic/acute oro-facial pain; temporomandibular disorders; oral mucosal disease; special needs dentistry in particular the dental management of medically compromised patients; and dental sleep medicine.

Developed an oral health program for the nursing homes within the South-Western Victoria region.  A/Prof. Stubbs also established rural service in the areas of Oral Medicine and Oro-Facial Pain.
